Absolutely the best customer service I've received from a service repairman. Juan was very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and gave great advice. I needed a two new spa pumps and a heater for my hot tub. Juan had the parts on his big service truck and was able to fix the hot tub very quickly. Juan explained what needed to be done before he started, and continued to explain what he was doing during the service. Juan educated me about the parts and hot tub functions, and gave great advice on how to continue regular maintenance. The spa and are was all put back together and clean before he left. He supplied his company business card and ensured I knew where his company was located. I would recommend this company to anyone needed spa service.

Juan leveled and installed cloth on our existing pool table. He told us he’s been doing this for over 20 years and his professionalism shows. We would definitely do business with Nevada Spa & Billiards again.

Juan was Amazing! Got my 700 lb hot tub from the pallet to the Deck in 20 min. DG, Gravel, Concrete Curbs and up 9 stairs without a scratch on the tub or the Deck. Look no further if you bought a hot tub and need someone to move it. Will recommend to all my friends.

We looked at a few brands/places when we were shopping for a New Spa. Juan and his staff won our business for Value, Price, Features, and most important SERVICE! Case in point, our 1st service issue 2 years later was called in on a Saturday. It was fixed the next day. 5 Stars for sure!!!

Juan at Nevada SPA and Billiards is the most customer centric person I have ever worked with. He goes out of his way and is very happy to help in all aspects of the hot tub purchase decision and the subsequent installation as well as the associated landscape plans. I have been a customer of Juan’s for many years. He is a great person. He has always exhibited professionalism, is intelligent and has a great work ethic. He works hard, has technical knowledge and has the ability to please his customers. I live way out in the middle of nowhere and Juan often appears the same day I call or the next day. Anna, who usually answers the phone at Juan’s office is also a great person, always pleasant, and does whatever is needed to keep the customer happy. I highly recommend this place of business, in fact, when I finally needed a new spa, I bought it from Juan without hesitation.

I received my hot tub yesterday and it was expertly installed and extra supplies given. This is our second purchase from NV Spa and Billiards. We purchased one 2 years ago at our old home and received very good service while we owned it. It was delivered next day after purchase which was a nice surprise.

Went to pick up chalk for hubby and found a pink camo cue stick for myself!!! I saw that stick the minute we walked thru the door. Tod was so easy to work with as we also looking for a couple of other things. I'm almost afraid to go back, but I know we will back!!!!

Nevada Spa & Billiards installed a high-end spa at my rental property at Lake Tahoe (Radiance) in 2009. I purchased the property just over a year ago and found that the parade of "Spa Experts" who had worked on the maintenance over the prior 5 years had done more harm than good.I tracked down the team from Nevada Spa and Billiards that handled the original installation and found the real experts. Their maintenance team arrives in a truck fully loaded with spare parts and can handle just about any repair on the spot. They know what their doing. No more "hey dude... I need to get a turbo encapulator, I think, and it will take to two weeks to get the cheap unreliable unit in from China....if I remember to order it." Seriously, there are real dim wits in this business. Just read the reviews out there and you will learn about all the ways poorly trained spa guys can screw up your spa.Nevada Spa and Billiards knows what their doing and will keep your investment in top shape. I'm so glad they were able to repair my spa of all the evils from the past five years and get it back in top shape.PS: They also installed the pool table at my property which is great. When it comes time to re-felt the surface....you know who I intend to call.RKL, customer since 2014.

The only place I go for my billiard and spa needs in Reno. Always super friendly. Anytime they don't have something in Stock I need, they order it right away and always arrives in about 2 days. Cynthia always takes great care of me. Highly recommend!!
